I had an amazing service experience with John. He is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable individual. Throughout the entire repair process, he was patient and took the time to explain every detail, especially since I wasn't very familiar with some of the PC parts.

When I asked for upgrade advice, John guided me through the process with great care. He took the time to explain how the CPU and GPU work together and gave me helpful tips on where to stop to avoid overspending on unnecessary upgrades.

What really impressed me was how he shared valuable insights, including which versions of Intel CPUs to avoid due to manufacturing issues. His honesty and expertise really made a difference.

After Googling a few vendors, I zeroed in on JT and consulted with John, the owner of the computer services regarding my laptop screen issue. He was very kind enough to advise me to check my laptop to identify the issue which he diagnosed it as a defective screen. After giving him my laptop model number, he quickly quoted me the screen replacement cost for my consideration. Even though I decided not to replace the defective screen as I have two other laptops, I must highly commend him for his professionalism in dealing with a prospective client like me. John is a very experience and honest person whom I am so glad I managed to find him. He did a battery change to my Samsung tablet which has already "inflated". He explained clearly to me the risks and what he can do for me. And when I gotten back my Samsung tablet, everything is in good condition and he patiently explained to me what he had done to my tablet. Thank you John for your good job. And his price is very reasonable. Now my Samsung tablet is as good as new to me :)

Oh, and he is very fast too. He knows I needed my tablet for my reading.

Mr. John is great! He fixed my pc within a day and was so helpful to carry that enormous XPS pc to my car. Also, some days later he messaged just to check if the pc is working well. My laptop was making a loud & weird noise on the right side. Googled and search for shops nearby. Stumble upon this shop with high ratings and its very near to me. Decided to give it a try.

Made an appointment and walk in to give the laptop a quick check. Upon opening the cover, John found out that one of the fan broke down and he tested it out and it wasn't working. Apart from that he also informed me that my battery is swallon and advise to change in order not to affect other functions.

Made up my mind and got the fan + battery changed. The parts arrived within a week and got the parts replaced. It was fast and the replacement took about 30 mins. It's working perfectly now without the loud noise and battery life is longer now 😁

John is friendly, helpful and the service given is top notch. Highly recommended if you have any issue with laptops, PC or mobile phones.
