Went here cause they have a fast customer service reply in WhatsApp.Went for a battery replacement for an old vivo y17s Service provided is fast. New battery have no issue when recharging(as of now). The battery come w 1 month warranty.

Shop location is in a flat/apartment/condo. Had to park outside since only those resident w access card can enter the parking inside.

Would I recommend? Yes. But of course always do your own due diligence and compare the quote price between a few shop first.

For a battery replacement on a Sunday where a lot of shop are closed I rate IT 5/5

Laptop fan was broken so I found a repair shop nearby, it was really small but filled with professional tools and looked promising. Fixed my laptop really quickly and cleaned(overhauled) the insides. Price is reasonable and service is quick, a very satisfied experience and will come again next time.

I had an issue with my laptop where it won't boot up. It was an urgent situation for me because of work related. Likely due to corrupted driver/Windows. Contacted Mr. John and managed to book an appointment the next day (Saturday). Despite the small size of his premise. Mr John's services were exceptional, he explained and offered various solutions in fixing my laptop. He even have various professional equipment to diagnose and repairs technical stuff. "Don't judge book by its cover" eh?

I had an amazing service experience with John. He is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable individual. Throughout the entire repair process, he was patient and took the time to explain every detail, especially since I wasn't very familiar with some of the PC parts.

When I asked for upgrade advice, John guided me through the process with great care. He took the time to explain how the CPU and GPU work together and gave me helpful tips on where to stop to avoid overspending on unnecessary upgrades.

John is a very experience and honest person whom I am so glad I managed to find him. He did a battery change to my Samsung tablet which has already "inflated". He explained clearly to me the risks and what he can do for me. And when I gotten back my Samsung tablet, everything is in good condition and he patiently explained to me what he had done to my tablet. Thank you John for your good job. And his price is very reasonable. Now my Samsung tablet is as good as new to me :)

Oh, and he is very fast too. He knows I needed my tablet for my reading.
